Can I leave luggage before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, luggage storage at the property is free both before check-in and after check-out. You can leave bags from 08:00. Please collect them by 20:00 Monday to Saturday and by 13:30 on Sunday.

Where is B&B Medea?

From Via San Giovanni Maggiore Pignatelli 48, explore Naples historic centre on foot, including Santa Chiara, Piazza del Gesù Nuovo and Spaccanapoli.

How can I ask about availability and rates?

Enter your arrival, departure and guest count in the form. The button prepares a request for you to send through WhatsApp; the Russian and Chinese versions use email. A booking is confirmed only after a response from the property.

Which room types can I choose?

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is always included in your stay: a buffet on the terrace/veranda from 07:30 to 10:30.

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive from 08:00 and leave your luggage free of charge. Your room will be ready from 14:00.

What time is check-out?

Please vacate your room by 10:30.

Can I arrive outside reception hours?

Arrivals outside reception hours must be arranged in advance. Contact us before travelling to confirm availability and any surcharge.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

B&B Medea and Medea Suite share the same management but have separate locations, rooms and contact details. B&B Medea is at Via San Giovanni Maggiore Pignatelli 48; Medea Suite is at Via San Biagio dei Librai 46.
